Meet our Founder
Hal Yaman is a seasoned technology executive, serial entrepreneur, and multi-award-winning innovator with over 23 years of experience in IT leadership, logistics transformation, and SaaS product development. As the former CIO of a multinational 3PL company, Hal has led major digital transformation initiatives, integrating cloud, AI, and automation to modernise warehousing and supply chain operations across global markets.
He is a 5-time Microsoft MVP, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and a VMware vExpert, demonstrating both deep technical capability and long-standing recognition from global technology communities. Hal has successfully founded and scaled multiple startups, including one acquired by a global software vendor, and brings a rare combination of business acumen, hands-on innovation, and operational leadership.
Outside of the tech world, Hal is also a licensed Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) and certified helicopter flight instructor, blending aviation precision and systems discipline into his entrepreneurial mindset.
Driven by a passion for solving complex industry challenges with practical innovation, Hal founded Aislytics to empower warehouse and 3PL operations with AI-powered intelligence, real-time optimisation, and predictive analytics. He holds two Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering and has held academic affiliations at leading institutions, including Princeton University and the City University of New York. His research contributions in hydrodynamics, plasma computation, and turbulence are widely cited in top scientific journals.
As an entrepreneur, Leonid has founded and led three technology companies to successful exits, including Identify Software (acquired by BMC), XOsoft (acquired by CA Technologies), and Viewfinity (acquired by CyberArk), where he served as CEO and guided its growth into a leading cybersecurity firm. Recently, Leonid served as Executive Chairman of Silverfort, a successful cybersecurity company specialising in identity protection and zero-trust security.
He is recognised globally for his expertise in cybersecurity, identity management, and enterprise software innovation. Leonid brings a unique combination of academic rigour, strategic insight, and practical business leadership to Aislytics as Head of the Advisory Board, supporting our mission to build the next generation of AI-powered warehouse intelligence and optimisation solutions.
